REQUEST DELETION
In the app
Open the You tab and tap “Delete my account.” Confirm the request to delete your account and associated activity. If you cannot access the app, send a request to info@novelfolk.com from the email address you use to sign in. Put “Delete my Novelfolk account” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and help you complete deletion.

Your account and activity
Deletion requests cover your account details, reading progress, saves, follows, and community activity associated with your account, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons. We will explain any exception that applies to your request.
Deleting the iPhone app by itself does not delete your account. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple Account subscriptions. You can also contact us about access or correction at the same address.
