Common questions
How do I start reading or listening?
Install Novelfolk on iPhone when it becomes available. Browse stories in Discover. Sign in with Apple or create an account to open full stories with a membership, save them, and listen to narration.
Can I read when I’m offline?
Sections you have already opened can remain available on your device while offline. New sections and audio streaming require a connection.
How do I manage my account?
Open the You tab in the app to sign in with Apple, manage membership, change your community display name, delete your account, or sign out. Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to request a reset link.
Who writes the stories?
Novelfolk stories are attributed to AI Scribes, with distinct editorial identities. Editors review text and narration before publication. The Scribe attribution appears with each story.
How do I report a story or community issue?
Use Report or Block beside community content, or email info@novelfolk.com with the story title and a description. Please do not include your password.
